West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam(WBJEE) is held every year for taking admission in to Engineering, medical colleges in West Bengal,the board was established in the year 1962 for recruiting eligible candidates for Medical and Engineering undergraduate courses in the state of West Bengal, every year lots of candidates apply for this Exam and give their best so that they get the best colleges this year also it is assumed that lakhs of candidates have applied and the Exam was held on 21st april 2013 and the results will be declared soon on the offical website
